Jennifer Thiebaud has more than 13 years of experience in Social Responsibility and Sustainability working for two Fortune 500 companies, Amazon and Nordstrom. Jennifer has worked across many industries such as apparel, footwear, hardlines, electronics, agriculture, and toys. In her previous companies, Jennifer built the program from the ground up by conducting benchmarking, creating strong partnerships across the company and suppliers to integrate social responsibility into business practices and implement standards that mitigates risk and uphold company expectations. Jennifer has experience managing a global team and traveled to hundreds of suppliers around the world to build training and remediation programs based on continuous improvement and transparency with achievable milestones that are data driven. Jennifer has a long history with peer collaboration and led company efforts in multi-stakeholder initiatives such as FLA, SAC, BSR, Better Work, and EICC. Jennifer was instrumental in developing industry-led worker empowerment programs in grievance mechanisms, migrant labor, women’s health and literacy, safety, and food. In addition, Jennifer created and implemented company policies related to environment, traceability, and animal welfare.

Jennifer has a degree in International Relations and French. She lived in Europe and currently is based in Seattle.
